Real User Monitoring
Real User Monitoring (RUM) tracks what's actually happening for the people visiting your site right now — not a simulation, the real thing.

Site Overview Dashboard — Your home base. This is the first thing you'll see when you log in, and it gives you a real-time read on revenue and page speed across your whole site.

Revenue Opportunity — Shows you your highest-traffic pages and how much extra revenue you'd capture by making them faster. Some pages will show a strong link between speed and revenue; others won't. That's useful information — it tells you where to spend your time and where not to bother.

Real User Performance Detail — Start with high-level trends at the top of the page, then work your way down into scatter plots of individual sessions and page views. Click any point in the scatter plot to open a full breakdown of that single page view — performance metrics, the domain and object-level waterfall, all of it.
VitalScope: find out exactly what's slowing a page down
Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) tell you that a page is slow — VitalScope tells you why. It's built into the Real User Performance Detail page and breaks each metric down into its root cause, so you're not left guessing:

LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) — See exactly which element was the largest paint, and how much of the delay came from time-to-first-byte, resource load delay, or resource load time.

CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) — Identifies the specific element responsible for your largest layout shift.

INP (Interaction to Next Paint) — Shows the exact element and event type that caused a slow interaction, broken into input delay, processing time, and presentation delay.

LoAF (Long Animation Frames) — Points to the specific script and source file behind long-running frames.

Synthetic Monitoring
Synthetic monitoring runs scripted tests against your site on a schedule, so you catch problems before real visitors do.
Getting started: Set up your monitors on the Synthetic Monitors page. Before you do, whitelist our synthetic agent IP addresses — skipping this step is the most common cause of 403 errors.

Blue Triangle MCP: connect your own AI tools to your data
If your team already uses an AI assistant like Claude or Cursor, the Blue Triangle MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server lets that assistant query your performance data directly — in plain language, without you writing a single line of API code.
