See Your CWV Scores
The Executive KPI Report provides a site-wide overview of key performance metrics and how they changed day by day, or week over week. You can create one or more of these reports for your site(s), and you can customize the report in a variety of ways to fit your needs.
For more information, see this article on the Executive KPI Report from our help center.
Get Instant Answers with AI
You don't have to build a report every time you want a read on your CWV scores. Two tools make this faster:
-
AI Summary — Click the star icon in the Portal toolbar on any page (including the Executive KPI Report or Real User Performance Detail) to get an instant, plain-language summary of the CWV data on screen, or ask a follow-up question directly in the chat.
-
Blue Triangle MCP — If your team uses an AI assistant like Claude or Cursor, the Blue Triangle MCP Server lets it query your CWV data directly. Ask something like "what's our LCP trend on the checkout page this week?" and get an answer pulled from live data, or automate a recurring CWV check instead of pulling the same report by hand.
Benchmarks vs. Competitors
The data you see in the Executive CrUX Report is collected by Google, and is accessible via the public CrUX API. This real-user data is from users on Chrome browsers who permit Google Chrome to collect and aggregate their anonymous browsing and performance data.
CrUX data is not collected by Blue Triangle and is not a Blue Triangle product. This report is meant to give you a useful view of multiple origins' CrUX data.

Pinpoint Root Cause of Issues
Once you know a CWV score is off, the next question is why — and that's where VitalScope comes in. Built into the Real User Performance Detail page, VitalScope breaks LCP, CLS, INP, and Long Animation Frames (LoAF) down into their root cause: the specific element, selector, or script responsible. Instead of handing your engineers a metric, VitalScope hands them a starting point.
For finding where an issue is concentrated first — by region, page, or another dimension — the RUM Performance Overview gives you a high-level, filterable view of your site's performance data. Use it to narrow down which pages or segments to investigate, then drop into VitalScope on those pages for the root-cause detail.

See Performance Impact of 1st/3rd Party Content
The Aggregate Waterfall represents many page views/sessions and how the content (i.e. resources and domains) loaded. This page is available for Real User, Synthetic, and Native App data types. This page also allows you to run comparisons to compare two sets of filters.
For more information, see this article on the Aggregate Waterfall from our help center.
Correlate CWVs to Conversions
The Business Analytics – Revenue Calculator page accurately predicts the impact that changes in page load time will have on your revenue for every web page. It also visualizes the impact page load time has on various business KPIs:
-
Conversion Rate
-
Sessions
-
Average Order Value
-
Page Views / Sessions
-
Bounce Rate

Analyze and Identify Performance Issues
The Synthetic Performance Detail page enables you to analyze your synthetic data both at a high-level glance and all the way down to individual page measurements.
