Fixed an issue on the RUM Performance Overview where in VitalScope the page name filter was not impacting the top CLS elements

Fixed an issue on the Domain Details page that was limiting page names and caused the widgets to not display all expected page names in all selected time periods.

Fixed an issue in Data Science where auto bucket size was not taking shorter time periods as priority, causing data bucketed by minutes in the line graph when filtering for a time period more than 24 hours to not display.
