Removing “Last 1 Hour” as an option on the DEO page as it is no longer supported

Fixed an issue where masking errors in the Error State Tracking page was not working. Note when clicking save on a mask, it probably wont reflect it when the table reloads immediately. It can take between 1 and 20 seconds for this to take effect. A solution is being investigated
