This release is to resolve two Business Intelligence bugs:

Fixed Permissions check for Business Intelligence access that caused the menu option to be greyed out when access was granted.

Fixed issue with sticky filters that caused the same filter to stick across dashboards and sites. This issue only impacted BTT internal users.
