Fixed an issue on the Performance Details pages where Object Level Detail data wasn’t pulling in on timeframes > 24 hours and < 30 days.

Fixed an edge case in dashboard cloning where it wouldn’t work correctly if a department viewer or admin user had their permissions bumped up to account admin.
