Using Assistant AI

The AI Assistant is a built-in tool that helps you quickly understand your data without leaving the portal. Whether you need a fast summary of what's on screen or want to ask a specific question, the AI Assistant is available on every portal page to help you work more efficiently. 

If you do not see the AI icon in the top portal toolbar, please reach out to your BT representative or Support at support@bluetriangle.com.  

How to access

Navigate to any portal page and click the AI Assistant icon in the top toolbar.

What it does:

• Page summarization — The AI Assistant can summarize the data currently displayed on the page, giving you a quick overview without manually reviewing each item.
• Chat Q&A — Use the built-in chat to ask questions and get answers based on your portal data.
