Fixed an issue where if doing a second group by on a Synthetic line graph for Data Science, opening up the filters again would cause the multi-group by to go away

The toggles for 'Enable inline JavaScript and event handlers' and 'Enable inline CSS' will cancel each other out when toggled on/off together.

The toggle for 'Disabled plugins' does nothing

Frame ancestor multi-select does not work properly (excessive clicking around will work)

Saved frame ancestor settings will not load correctly when the CSP is edited again
