Building the page from the API now instead of the front end – we could probably actually open this endpoint up to the public now if there is a need for that

Fixes cases where errors would be shown in the log but not displayed on the report tab

Performance improvements on the front end as best we can do (KP has an absurd amount of data – like 19K error state changes in the past 7 days)

Way less data being sent over the network now (1 year for KP would send about 1.6GB, now its like 22KB)
