Error State Tracking Report - added functionality to mask error states with a switch

Fixed an issue on the RAG panel where the monitor name could get so long it would bleed into the next one
Fixed an issue on the Service Details page where the Resource Timings over Time graph next to the SLA would never load
Fixed an issue on the Dashboard where occasionally dashboard names would appear multiple times in the dropdown
Fixed an issue on the Domain Baseline page where the filters would never finish loading
Fixed an issue on the Synthetic Performance Overview (beta) page where the link on the menu wouldn’t highlight properly
Fixed an issue that would call the Performance by Geography widget on the Synthetic Performance Overview (beta) page to be called ‘Campaigns’
Fixed an issue on the RAG dashboard where the last datapoint was occasionally actually 2 datapoints which very quietly broke the graph
Fixed an issue on the dashboard (and overview) widgets where if they had a scroll bar, clicking on the scroll bar would resize the widget instead of scrolling
Fixed an issue on the Synthetic Performance Overview (beta) where the performance overview table needed a horizontal scroll
Fixed an issue on the Dashboard where there was an odd situation where non preconfigured dashboards could get saved as preconfigured
