New Features

New and improved Error State Tracking page - find it under the gear icon
- Added the ability to auto-refresh the page
- Added high level metrics to the top of the page
- Added a bar graph representing the overall status of the monitors
- Added the ability to select specific monitors in the filters
- Mask measurements from the totals at the top
Site Event Markers are now on the dashboard
- Turn them on from the Dashboard menu (wrench icon at the top right)

Synthetic Monitor Fixes
- Added validation for special characters and empty fields
- Fixed screen capture, error tracking, kickoff time/end time bugs not saving properly
- Added better logging for Create as New for Synthetic Monitors
- Indefinite end time now lets you schedule a future kickoff time
Fixed an issue on the RUM Performance Details page where the session scatter plot graph is all wonky
Addressed specific performance issues on the Error State Tracking page when first loading the tables
Fixed a display issue where certain tooltips would blend into the background
Fixed an issue where graphs inside of modals had their tooltips disappear
