Why do the line graphs in my widgets change the x-axis bucket size per point when I change my time period in the dashboard?

This pertains to the way data displays in graphs all throughout Blue Triangle, but is especially noticeable when toggling between substantially different time periods in the dashboard. This has to do with the amount of data that is displayed along with the way we aggregate data. Minute-by-minute data is only available in time periods that 24 hours or less of data. Hourly data will only be available for time periods generally less than 2 weeks. Over that limit, data will generally be bucketed by day.
