Add Rule Effective Date at the top page-controls

Fixed issue with the way the shared dashboards link is getting generated causing it to not work for certain users
Fixed issue where monitor rows get infinitely appended on the end of the rag widget on auto refresh

Fixed issue where synth geo widget would only show US on the dashboard
Fixed issue where you couldn’t delete a post processing rule

Updates to the CS checklist flow
Added start and end time to the Perf Details and Customer Journey Analysis crosslinking so the pages should load the correct time period now.
Synthetic HTTP codes with xxx:000 codes will now show up with the proper color on all pages
Switching the data type on the Domain Baseline Analysis page will properly load the filters
Fixed an issue where customers couldn’t save approved domains in the service profiles page
Fixing issue on with US2 clients on the Service Profiles and Issue Tracker page
Filters weren’t properly loading in when editing a widget or preconfigured dashboard
Contracts fix where the pricing page and contracts page would occasionally not match up
