Introduction
Blue Triangle's Business Intelligence solution is designed to give customers fresh insights by leveraging large-scale data in an accessible, user-friendly format. Users can view a range of existing metric reports, refine and filter data according to their preferences, compare data across different time periods or settings, and export and share reports with colleagues.
In the near future, users will also be able to create and customize reports from scratch or based on existing templates.
Where to Look in the Portal
The Business Intelligence page can be found under the Advanced Reporting module.
The Landing Page
The landing page offers a combination of critical data points and trends, as well as report navigation components:
- Key metrics: Last 7 days total revenue, sessions and average load time (75th percentile)
- Reports: Top dashboards, recent reports; and to the right, your favorites, last viewed etc.
Viewing Reports
To view a report, select a report type from the navigation bar on the right side of the page or an option from the Suggested Reports on the landing page.
What reports are available
The following is a list of reports that are available to customers at present. This list will evolve over time.
CWV top 10 Period over Period report
This report's objective is to offer user experience insights over the entire set of web pages, with the ability to compare with previous periods of time and see the combined and individual performance per page. Specifically, this report provides insights on the CWV metrics + Onload. The report offers visualizations that compare each metric in a period-over-period format.
In addition, the report offers CWV, onload, and page views insights per page in a tabular format:
Note that the color coding used in this report matches Google's CWV thresholds.
CWV Trends report
This report offers insights on the user experience for the quick perspective of trended performance. It provides insights on the Core Web Vital metrics in a non-comparative mode. As such, it supports periods such as "year to date" etc.
Period-over-period (PoP) dashboards
These are a set of reports (total of 8), aimed to offer insights on various metrics related to user experience and business outcomes. Specifically:
- Revenue: Conversion rate, Sales, Average order value, Revenue per paying user, Revenue per session
- Traffic: Unique visitors, Returning users, Sessions, Session duration,
- UX metrics: Onload, CWV (LCP, INP, CLS)
- Bounces: PDP bounce rate, Bounce rate
These reports are split into 2 groups:
