What are the different versions of synthetic scripts?

Every time a script is edited and saved, a new version of the script is created. Any monitors that are linked to the script should automatically update to the most recent version of the script. However, if the script ends up causing the monitor to break for an unknown reason, you can then go into the configuration of the monitor that is not working and revert to an older version of the script that is known to work.
