Preconfigured dashboards contain widgets that are interlinked and that often interact with other widgets in the dashboard, so the data in each widget can't be modified independent of the other widgets. In order to change the data displayed on the page, enter the filter at the top right of the screen (funnel icon) and choose the filtering options you would like to display. Once applied, you can see the data for all of the widgets in the dashboard update simultaneously.
