If you are currently using a session ID in another tool to track users, we have the ability to pull that ID in and assigned it as a CSID in Blue Triangle.
This will allow you to do session lookups in Blue Triangle based on that ID. Since they will be the same in both systems, this allows for easy tracking between the two (or more) systems.
