A Customer Session ID is an ID that is used to identify individual sessions. This could be something that was configured before you came to Blue Triangle.
That's ok! Blue Triangle gives you the ability to bring in an already configured Customer Session ID. This will allow you to search, by session, for this ID.
To get this configured, please work with your Blue Triangle Representative.
