How do I view a filmstrip in Synthetic Performance Details, I don't see the tab for it?

I can't see a filmstrip for a specific data point in Performance Details, how can I troubleshoot?

Firstly, verify that Screen Capture is enabled in your synthetic monitor settings. Then, you are able to filter the scatterplots on the Synthetic Performance Details page to only see data points that include a filmstrip be selecting only the diamond data point in the legend. Additionally, you will not be able to view filmstrips for the entries made more than 90 days ago.
