| Why am I seeing different page view counts than expected in the portal? |
Check to make sure the tag is firing properly. Make sure to look in the network section of the chrome console and type in BTT in the search box, if you do not see any entries then reload and try again making sure the console is open. If you still do not see the btt.js then make sure with your team the tag is placed on the page.
