There are a few reasons that you might not see load test data in the portal, depending on how your load test was run. First, we recommend verifying if the URL that the load test used has the Blue Triangle tag loading on the page. If the given URL is not tagged with the Blue Triangle tag for some reason, then we will not be able to collect data on that page. Similarly, if your load test is run through jMeter (or is based on cURL commands), then it will load only the base page and will not include the Blue Triangle tag. This can also happen if your load test is run through a full browser that has JavaScript disabled. In order to collect RUM data for a given page view, Blue Triangle requires btt.js to load and for JavaScript to be enabled in the browser.
If you have verified that the Blue Triangle tag is loading on the page and that JavaScript is enabled in the browser and you still do not see the load test data in the portal, then we recommend checking that your filter options are set correctly and searching for an individual session in the session lookup page.
