Web Portal Password Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Must include minimum of one of each of the following:
- an uppercase character
- a lowercase character
- a number
- a symbol
- Weak and common passwords are prevented
- When a password is changed, the new password cannot be the same as the current password
