When does A/B Segment get set and how is it configured?

A/B Segment is set based on code that your Blue Triangle representative helps you put in place. Please reach out to them and they will be able to help you with this configuration!
A/B Segment is session level segmentation. A/B Segment will try to evaluate whatever code is in place, on the page that the customer loads on your site. If the code is qualified on the page load, it will set the A/B Segment. If the code is NOT qualified, no A/B Segment will be set, and it will wait until the next page load to run the A/B Segment code again. It will then repeat this behavior until an A/B Segment name is put in place or the session ends. If no A/B Segment is found, A/B Segment will get set to "Default". Once set for the session, A/B Segment will be set for the entire session.
