How to Set Up Page Names via Wizard?
Ever wanted an easy and step by step way to create page name rules? Blue Triangle lets you create page names easily with the wizard.
To start, head over to the Page Naming page and click on the wizard option in the create dropdown.
This will open up the wizard modal. From here, you can choose which method you want to use for your page name rule. For this example, we will be creating a page name rule using URL Pattern Match.
Once you have chosen your page naming method, start by adding the name for your page name.
From here, since we chose URL pattern match, we will need to add an URL string. If the URL string is found on the web page address, the rule will rename your page.
From here, you can add a traffic segment for your page name rule. You can choose from preconfigured ones, or you can create a custom traffic segment.
Once you have completed this step, you will be able to choose the evaluation order for this page name rule. The evaluation order (also known as priority) determines which rule will be implemented first in a group of rules. If this is your first time creating a page name rule, this order will be set to 1.
Once you have completed this step, review your selections, make any necessary changes, and click save.
and just like that, you have created an URL Pattern Match page name rule!
