How to Navigate the Community Forum?

Thanks for joining us in the Blue Triangle Community Forum! 

This Community Forum provides a place for Blue Triangle Tech users to help themselves when CS and support are not readily available to answer your questions.

We've organized this page into topics, which range from Settings, to General Discussion, and even a space for "Off-Topic" conversations, where everyone is welcome to post about interesting finds, or to have a conversation on different topics that are not listed. 

You can comment on posts if you need something elaborated or just want to give general feedback. Our team here will do our best to reply to comments and answer all questions. We can also pin comments that are made by users so that they'd show at the top of the comment section. This would enable other users who might have the same question to easily find the answer reply. 

If you've read a post and need some more details on the topic, most of the articles have a section or a link at the bottom that will lead you to our help center which would go into further detail on the topic. 

We also have a "Featured Posts" section where we will pin posts that we know are commonly searched within the Community. This will help shorten search time and allow users to see important posts that you might otherwise miss.
