The Domain Baseline Analysis page gives you insight into how your domain performance is trending compared to a baseline average, whether it’s the past 30, 60 or 90 days.

Performance Details Graph

• By default, you will see the last 7 days of real user data compared to the average for the last 30 days as the baseline.
• The graph at the top is showing you the page-level performance trend over the past 7 days with the 30-day averages shown as dotted lines.

• Notice you can toggle between two different versions of this graph.

• The one on the left shows performance for all measurements, where the one on the right shows the performance for measurements where Resource Timings (or Object Level Detail) was also collected - which is the set of data that’s used to produce all of the graphs below.

Average Load Time by Domain Table

This lists each domain observed and the average load time for each day over the time period (the last 7 days here)

• Note you can export this table by clicking the button in the top right

On the right side of the table we see 3 columns representing averages over the past 30 days for these domains.

• Load time
• Percentage of Total Elements on the page
• And number of elements per page.

If any of the daily numbers are worse than the 30 day average by 15% or more, the box will appear as red, and if any of the daily numbers are better than the 30 day average by 15% or more, the box will appear green.

This gives you an idea of how the domains are trending over the past 30 days at a glance.

Domain and Object Level Detail Graph

• You can view this data in a graph or table and export the tables to csv.
• Switch between viewing the domain level and object level details by clicking the tabs in the top left.
• Also, you can toggle the metrics in the legend to show and hide the lines from the graph.
• Like the aggregate waterfall page you can trend each domain or resource in the tables by clicking the icon to the left.

Resource Timings by File

• At the very bottom of the page you can view the Resource Timings by File.
• Here we can see which domain each resource belongs to, how many times this resource was observed ( or element count) and more timing information.
• You can change the filters at the top of the page, or, click the filter icon to open the full list of filter options.
