New Help Center, Status Page Update
We’re pleased to announce our new and improved Help Center is now live at help.bluetriangle.com! It comes with a variety of new features, functionality, and enhancements. If you're reading this, you're already there! Just click the Blue Triangle logo to get to the home screen. New FeaturesSearch for Anything You may have struggled to find the help you’re looking for with our old Help Center. Now, look no further than the search bar at the top of the page- here you can search the entire knowledge base for articles, guides, documentation, and more. Submit a Request If you can’t find what you’re looking for, submit a support request right inside the help center by clicking the button in the top right of the screen. Our support agents are ready to help with anything you may need. Also, you’ll be able to check the status of your requests as well as requests from your organization. You can do this by clicking “My Activities” under your Blue Triangle Help profile. Community Forum Post, comment, like, and follow in our brand new community forum. Here you can check out the latest product updates, see the status of feature requests, post questions and get answers from the Blue Triangle community, or just join in on the general discussion! ImprovementsUpdated Help Videos We’ve been hard at work making how-to videos for each of the features in Blue Triangle. Follow along with these videos so you can get the most out of our solution. Status Page We’ve updated our system status page and you can now reach it anytime at status.bluetriangle.com. Here you can subscribe to incident notifications by email or webhook, so you’re never in the dark on the latest issues.
