Revenue Collection Function and Vital Scope Fixes
Updates:
- Centralizes the revenue collection in _bttUtil checkCVL() for use on Hard Navigations
- Removes INPTarget from web vitals data collection
- Removes inner text from backup logic in LCPUrl, divs/spans still collected as backup
