Improvements

- Added page group config to site settings page
- Custom web hooks are available on the notification groups page now

Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue on the Contracts page where older contracts were potentially getting their synthetic numbers calculated incorrectly
- Fixed an issue on the Synthetic Monitors page where the synthetic usage could be incorrect for older measurements
- Fixed a permissions issue on the SSO Config page
- Fixed an issue where EU customers weren’t working on the Executive KPI page
