I don't see any 500 level errors in the portal but I know my site experienced an issue. |
500 level errors will often not allow the page to load at all, and in order for BTT to get any data we need our BTT.js tag to fire on your site. A good workaround is to catch those error pages on the server side and serve up an error page that we can track!
